General Plan Update Draft Documents

This page contains the final draft documents for public review of the updated Land Use and Mobility Elements of the City of Burbank General Plan and the related Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR).  Paper copies of these documents are available for public review at the three branches of the Burbank Public Library, at the City Clerk's office, and at the offices of the Planning and Transportation Division located at 333 E. Olive Avenue.  You may also pick up from these locations a CD-ROM disc containing electronic copies of the documents.

The documents below are final drafts as proposed by City staff.  The proposed goals, policies, and street and land use designations in these documents have not been endorsed or approved by the Planning Board or City Council and are subject to change. The goals, policies, and designations in these documents are not effective unless and until adopted by the City Council.  These documents are drafts for public review purposes only and are not to be used as a basis for any decisions regarding the use or development of property.

Quick Reference Documents
These quick reference documents are intended to provide a quick overview of the changes from the existing Land Use Map included in the current Land Use Element to the new proposed Land Use Map, including showing where land use designations are proposed to change, and providing a brief description of each proposed new land use category.
