Planning Board Meetings are held:
Days: 2nd and 4th Monday of every month (with occasional special meetings on other Mondays)
Time: 6:00 p.m.
Location: City Council Chamber located at City Hall, 275 E. Olive Avenue

Do you want to comment on a project being considered by the Board?  Send an email to the Planning Board at PlanningBoard@ci.burbank.ca.us.

Agendas and staff reports are typically available on the Thursday prior to the Planning Board meeting.  Complete staff reports, including exhibits, are available for public review at the Planning office and at each of the three branches of the Burbank Public Library.

1) The proposed resolution for each agenda item is the draft resolution (and conditions of approval when applicable) as recommended by staff.  It may not reflect the final resolution or conditions of approval adopted by the Planning Board.  For copies of adopted resolutions, please contact the Planning office.
2) Meeting minutes are posted online only after being approved by the Planning Board at a subsequent meeting.
