Secondhand Smoke Control Ordinance
On April 3, 2007, the Burbank City Council adopted the proposed secondhand smoke control ordinance. The ordinance became effective on May 12, 2007.
Notice: "No smoking" stickers are no longer available from the City of Burbank. All business and property owners are responsible for obtaining their own signs. Please visit the sign specifications page for more information.
