Downtown Burbank Partnership, Inc.
Founded in 2003 by a coalition of property and business owners in partnership with the City of Burbank, Downtown Burbank Partnership is a California non-profit mutual benefit corporation whose sole purpose is to improve Downtown Burbank with initiatives that are designed and supervised by those who pay into the assessment.
Renewed in 2008 with a 93% majority vote in favor of continuation for another five years, Downtown Burbank Partnership is now in the second phase of District wide revitalization. Next steps include the introduction of "smart parking," a user-friendly system that alerts drivers when parking structures are full and directs them to the nearest available parking, as well as enhanced maintenance & security, innovative marketing, and numerous events year round.
The first five years of Downtown Burbank Partnership saw increases of 36 percent in sales and approximately 34 percent increases in property values District-wide.
The District is also known as the site as the premier location for award-winning events that attract tens of thousands of people per year, including the biannual Downtown Burbank Fine Arts Festival, Come Out & Dance live concert series, Taste of Downtown Burbank and 12 Days of Holiday Cheer.

Magnolia Park Partnership, Inc.
The Magnolia Park Partnership, Inc. is a Property Based Business Improvement District formed in 2006 to improve Magnolia Park with initiatives that are designed and supervised by those who pay into the assessment. Magnolia Park is a historic district in the City of Burbank that blends an established residential community of 3,000 homes with more than 500 neighborhood businesses on Magnolia Boulevard between Buena Vista and Pass Avenue, and Hollywood Way between Clark and Chandler. The Partnership's goals are to initiate promotions, marketing, events, and a business recruitment plan, as well as, provide more sidewalk maintenance and additional parking in the area.
