The City of Burbank requests a proposal to identify and evaluate feasibility of design alternatives for a railroad grade separation of the Clybourn Avenue rail crossing of the Union Pacific / Southern California Regional Rail Authority (SCRRA) Coast line in the City of Burbank and City of Los Angeles, adjacent to the Bob Hope Airport. This project would include design of a grade separation to eliminate the existing at-grade crossing at Clybourn Avenue / Empire Avenue / Vanowen Street and to connect Empire Avenue in the City of Burbank with Vanowen Street in the City of Los Angeles to form a continuous arterial street crossing the railroad line.
